4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and deliverables created by AI RankCraft remain the property of AI RankCraft until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI RankCraft is not liable for ranking changes due to algorithm updates beyond our control. SEO results vary based on competition, industry, and website factors. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
